Just had a power cut, I have power again but sky Q box is not working, I've rebooted the router, switched it off the mains, changed the plug to different plug hole, checked cables at the back but not getting any light on the sky Q box
If Sky agree and arrange a doorstep box swap, where DPD deliver a replacement box and take away the faulty one, don't forget to remove the viewing card from the dodgy box.
