We got given a new sky Q box, as the mini box wasn't getting a stable connection. This didn't fix the issue so an engineer installed a booster box.
Since then the Skygo app cannot locate the sky Q box on the network.
I've restarted everything, I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.
The unhelpful customer service spent 30 mins putting me on hold and transferring me to different departments. After an hour I gave up.

Yes can confirm that was turned on and has remained turned on.
