Sky Q box not working

Box had to be reset (unplugged from mains for 2 minutes) 3 times this week Sunday 26th, Tuesday 28th and Friday 1st. The first two resets worked and programs were restored. Today the screen went blank, we checked that terrestrial channels were still ok , which they were (so the tv is not faulty) I unplugged the Sky Q box for5 mins and plugged in. The sky welcome message "press "home" button when screen goes blank, this was done at the appropriate moment but the screen is still blank. (This procedure was repeated with the same result)

hi @Lisa-P1987 I've unplugged my sky box a number of times and updated it but the terrestrial channels don't work

 

on occasion they may work for a minute or two then the screen goes black
