Sky Q box not working
We have a sky Q system and 1 of the boxes isn't working, others working fine
have unplugged and reconnected as normal
screen says ready to go in a couple of minutes
get to the push home button when screen goes blank and the the box turns off again
any ideas

Hi @Norfolk+0215 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

So we're now getting the Home Screen up but the Sky controller doesn't seem to be working, we can't scroll down from the Home Screen to tv guide/recordings/ catch up etc
