Sky Q Minibox no power light. I've tried the proceedure in previous posts but still not working.

My minibox went dead this morning. There is no power light showing. I've checked the socket, the fuse on the plug and all connections. I've gone through the proceedure as outlined by prvious posters with this problem, still not working. No help from sky website.
