After some help. My Sky Q mini box won't update and I keep getting a black screen with the message - there is a problem with this Sky box. You need to update the software. For instructions on how to do this, go to sky.com/software update.
I have updated from the main Sky Q box so latest software installed and other mini boxes working fine. Have tried disconnecting power, restarting etc but still keeps coming back to the same page/ issue.............
Any suggestions?
