Multiroom box

Where is my multiroom box.  Ordered nearly 2 weeks  ago.  Been on phone and apparently  not been ordered.  If not here  by Friday I will cancel my sky subscription to too n go with another  provider

As you've already spoken to Sky about it, I'm not sure what you're expecting us customers here to do about it?

Hi @Beefy55   Just checking that you actually ordered a Sky Q Mini box? If you ordered a Multiscreen subscription then a Mini box does not come automatically and has to be ordered at the same time.

Did you order the box at the same time as ordering Multiscreen as correctly stated by 

@MightyQuinn ? Customers do mistakenly think one automatically comes with the other.
