Sky Q box not connecting to internet

I've tried absolutely everything suggested in the answers on here. Turned both router and sky Q box off. Reset network settings. Done a forced reset on the engineer menu. Nothing works. We have a very slow internet area but all is working except the sky boxes (mini q and main box). We only have the satellite tv but no streaming or no tv in the other rooms with mini boxes. Any other suggestions as sky doesn't seem to have any help contact details other than here and preset questions and answers.

Me too having same problem, tried everything, had fibre optic fitted last week I wonder if that has anything to do with it ?

Hi @TR212 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
