how to get lg oled55b42 in 10bit for sky q

I've got the settings on the tv for deep colour on but the sky box won't work in 10 bit still please help? I've tried online and seeems all the settings are correct. The sky box goes to lg atmos soundbar then to the tv

Maybe your Soundbar isn't compatible.

Have you checked if can set the TV with the Q box connected direct?

I've not tried that was expecting it to be compatible as it's lg atmos and the lg app confirms it. Thanks I'll have to try it

Atmos and 10bit video are not inter-dependent

Can you just connect the Q to the TV and the soundbar to the TV eARC hdmi port?

I'll have to give that a go tomorrow thank you. I've seen there's a switching box it all goes through for other devices a ps and Apple tv

@Bluejp  routing the SKY Q box direct to the TV will prove or disprove that Soundbar is the problem 

It is worth checking the Sound bar manual to see if there is an option to allow the full 10 bit signal

My AV recievers have such an option & one one the default was not to allow 10 bit.

Note such an option may be buried in the manual

BTW as @Chodley advises Atmos & 10 bit video are not dependent on each other  (Atmos from SKY Q  & most streaming services <1Mbps)

Yeah direct q to tv 10 bit worked. I'll plug everything direct to the tv and then use the soundbar for audio on earc one and try that and set the tv audio to earc soundbar. Had no remote for old tv to change settings hence the switching box needed. Hope it works and thank you for your advice

Thank you. Can't find if it's 10bit but will try direct wiring to the tv as suggested
