Sky Q box lost connection

Our Sky Q box lost connection today at 12:03.  I have tried absolutely everything I can find on sky info.  Reset both Sky Q box and router multiple times and still showing the same messages.

Network connection - X

when we try to connect we just get no where

The internet is working in all other devices in the house.

Please help 🙂

Hi @Jend2 

As you are aware,  on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

@Jend2 what Sky router do you have is it the black one or the newer white one ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Jend2 so when it says in the third picture to press the wps button on your routeer what happens (the WPS button is on the right hand side of the router on the thin edge)

Oh my goodness, I feel so silly.  I have looked all day and didn't see that button! We have been pressing the one on the Sky Q box.  Thank you ☺️
