Sky Q box loses Network Connection
Hi there Over the past week or so our Sky Q box loses Network Connection in the evenings. The problem usually starts around 9pm. This goes on intermittently until the early hours. As a result we also lose connection with the Minis. I've tried turning the box on/off and reconnecting to the router, but the problem is persistent. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi - I have the same issue and it says that perhaps I need a booster? I have just paid to get Sky Fibre upgrade so this should not be an issue.
I can connect to the internet just not via Sky Q box?
any help would be welcome - thanks so much
