Sky Q box keeps restarting

My Sky Q box keeps restarting, particularly when watching programs on apps like Disney+ and Discover PLUS. All of the sudden, we get a blank screen then "hello" and a full restart, several times a day. Do we need a new Sky Q box? Tia

I never received a response? I go into my messages and nothing is there?
