Mmm.
Looks like interference between the two mesh systems.
You never answered how far your Q box is away from your Sky Router.
Also are you trying to connect your Q box to the Unifi mesh or your Sky router?

The nearest extension is 4mtrs away. Connecting to the UniFi mesh

Re: Sky Q box keeps on losing WiFi connection
I have the same problem lately. I know sky will say its something to do with the internet but im starting to doubt the "its not us, its you", can't help but think something changed in firmware.
i had a mesh system where each wifi box was ethernet backhaul, the sky box is like 6 ft. But i'd find it wont download content and will say "connection to router but no internet".
so i temporarily shut it all down and put a single unify access point 7 ft line of site from sky box. Its just as bad. Every device, cameras, tablets, laptops are never an issue... sky q just goes "what internet" lol
i wished i could have a sky stream puck as part of my package so my wife doesn't complain every couple of days.
