Sky Q box issues

Our Sky Q box is doing some strange things. Initially it stopped recording so we had to reset the hard drive.

 

It is now having even more problems. Apps (Netflix, Prime etc) are hit and miss as to whether they'll work. Even live TV is sometimes cutting out.

 

I decided to try to factory reset the box using the 001 menu but that doesn't seem to be working either!

 

Any ideas would be gratefully received
