Sky Q box issues
Our Sky Q box regularly looses connection with the remote control.
It won't change channel. It won't increase/decrease volume. To fix the issue we must turn the box off tab the wall. We have changed the batteries, so we know thats not the issue. It appears to occur after being turned off for prolong periods, as in during the night.

How do you turn it off for these prolonged periods? Do you switch it to Standby or off completely?
