Sky Q box isn’t working

Hi @SDTIMMINS 

Have you checked the mains lead is correctly connected both ends and tried another power socket.

Also the mains plug fuse needs to be checked.

I keep being given boxes that fail very quickly and I tolerate it until it becomes unbareable

In what way are they failing? Perhaps the box isn't the issue. Have you had an engineer out or just a doorstep box swap?
