Sky Q box installation

Having a nightmare getting a Installation date for a Q box to be installed, phoned Sky 6 times & no further forward , a total of 2.5 hrs on phone, i honesty down know it is a problem , they keep telling me that the previous person as not carried out the order properly, if it does not get sorted i will be cancelling sky, been a customer for 24 yrs; totally fed up with them

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
