Freezing Sky ! on main and mini box

Just had Main and mini Q box replaced after fault on standby making main box unusable.

Original box was freezing every 10 minutes.

Now, same issue....  mini box freezing.. loses sound and picture freezes.

Also had a new SKY hub for broadband installed last week.

Nothing seems to fix it .. 

please help ...

Freezing every 10 mins. Fast forward stops and reverts to original position.  Mini box moved to ensure no interference 

no more screen pixelating.  
badically still unwatchable on live or recordings.  
engineer coming Wednesday.  Again.
