Sky Q box fitting visit failure

Hi there.

after my sky + box failed, sky agreed to supply me with a new sky Q box, and a date for the delivery and installation was agreed.

on the due date, I checked on the my sky app  in case of messages, to find the appointment had been cancelled . There was no email warning or telephone call, and I wasted a whole day waiting for the visit. I followed the app instructions and booked a new visit this time for 20th November.

as this is the thi rd  time this has happened to me, I am veryconcerned this visit will also fail.

what should I do ?
