Sky Q box fault

I have a SKy Q Box and have had it for a number of years. I believe it's faulty now. 
I have tried everything suggested re setting etc then works okay for a day or two then it disconnects it's self from the mini boxes 

also says it's recording all day long, but it's not recording anything. It makes a awful noise at times. How can I get a replacement. I have been with sky for 19 years and have the full package and struggle to believe they can't just replace the box. Any advise of who to talk to etc as I only get a automated response when I try and talk to them

They can and do, but you need to log a fault with them before that can happen.

Remember to remove the Viewing Card before a door-step swap.

Assume from your post you have reset your Sky Q box and reset the hard drive, as described here;

If that fails, the link at the bottom of the page allows you to order a replacement box.

Make sure, when you return  your faulty box, you keep your viewing card.

Yes I have tried everything. I am a bit tech savvy and have done lots of research to try and resolve the issue. Thank you for your help, it's very kind of you

I folkowed the link you provided and the next day they sent me a new box and I returned the broken one. All working great now thank you
