Sky Q box constantly crashing

Hello!

Convinced we have a faulty Sky Q puck. It crashes and goes to a black screen frequently.

We have it on a wired connection with very good internet. Its connected via a really good HDMI to a brand new 4k TV. We pay for HD and some UHD channels.

We've tried doing the usual diagnostics: turn it off and on again. Unplug from wall. Total hard reset and setting the box up from scratch again. Nothing seems to work. It doesn't matter what channel, it'll just go black and crash. It started woth once a week but I'm posting after an hour long battle with it where it's crashed 5 times.

Any help? Is it just a faulty puck (like I've been seeing multiple others say)?

Sorry getting myself confused out of frustration.

Sky STREAM puck, not Sky Q.

It even crashed in a menu too. It lasts 10 seconds if lucky today.

It's just boot looping now 😕

Sounds like a dodgy puck. Give Sky a call for further troubleshooting (which you've probably already done) and they should replace it.
