I went through on my own with the usual remedies i.e.unplugging, resetting the Q box even a factory reset, refresh apps etc. My router was rebooted, connection to internet is always good.
I Rang support and after 90 minutes of all permutations of the above they finally removed Netflix (at Sky end) and re-enabling it with no good result. (Sky said they couldnt do that woth Prime or Apple) ... Anyway, symptoms are that you can pick a movie or show and it will simply give message (no error code) ; on Prime it's "Somethingwent wrong", on Netflix: "App not available" on Apple " Video not available"...
On my Sony Bravia withits built in chromecast I can watch Netflix and Prime (not tried Apple+)
What the hell do I do?? Sky technicians cant figure this out.
