Sky Q box Fan noise

So I've had my Sky Q box for some time now, and now its makeing more noise than my pc or playstation. The fan bearing has gone I belive, if I power cycle the sky q box I get the turbo fan noise, like a hover, an on general use I get a loud rumble, louder than my tv volume . I check and always clean the fan area on the bottom of the box to keep dust free, but wondering what to do about the noise, I guess I'm not allowed to change the fan?

Vodafone FTTP. Sky Q UHD to Samsung QE55S95BAYXXU , Sky Q Mini.

That would be a definite no no. It's not your box to tamper with or even open up to expose the inner workings.
