So in the past my Sky Q box would disconnect from my wifi which needed me to unplug box and reset then it would work for a varying length period with no issues. I have recently changed provider and the new router EERO 6E pro works fine with all wifi enabled devices except our Sky Q box. The box is now disconecting continusly many times each day. Everytime we unplug the Sky box to reset it then reconnects to wifi but drops anywhere from 5 mins to a few hours later any ideas please.

To be honest on the old router the issue was only occasionally happening it would go for months with no issue. The real issue has started since the new Eero router was installed on Friday now it cant hold connection at all. I have reported it to Sky who have admitted there is an issue and an engineer is coming out this week to give me some solutions and to check the box for issues.

Sorry I didn't mean "I wonder why you didn't do this years ago"
I meant if you do it, you will wonder why you didn't do it years ago because it solves all those annoyances 🙂
