any help - I have sky Q full sky package, all my apps have vanished and I cannot get my mini boxes to connect
i only have peacock app
Changed from wifi to Ethernet, on demand for sky works and downloads work

@Pigeon247 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

Hey thank you for replying - I've tried that, no luck all I have is the Peacock app nothing else... everything was good until 1.5 weeks ago
intermet is fine, I can't work out what's gone wrong
bills up to date and subscribed to everything ! Sky customer services haven't been much help... hence I'm here in case someone else has experienced the same
