Sky Q apps are not working
It's connected to internet. Restarted and unplugged everything. Not a subscription issue as I can get onto netflix on my phone.
A week today now netflix, Disney+ etc not working.

Hi @Lauren1990
Have you tried refreshing the Apps in the Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Hi @Lauren1990
Try rebooting your Q box.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Make sure that your Q box is connected to the internet and try the Refresh Apps again

I'm refreshing my apps as by the instructions above. But it isn't giving the option to dismiss so I can return to normal viewing. When I came out of it after 10 mins, I went to check, but I had to start all over again & I don't fancy watching the TV on a tiny screen on the left hand corner. Help!

I've been having issues with netflix for over a week. Constantly loading but never does, I restart it, reboot it, check the status of apps and sky says it's okay. But each time I do manage to get it working after reboot, the problem is there the next day. I'm constantly rebooting to watch an app. App works fine on every other device used. This is a Sky problem and as we speak, rebooting is not working this time and can't use the app at all.

There's a large separate thread discussing the Neflix issue, try there.
