Sky Q and Remote issue

Hi Everyone, why is Sky making it harder to actually talk to someone considering how much

they Charge us to watch their service?
I just called 150 and got nowhere, I have a ongoing issue with my remote suddenly stop

operating with my Sky Q box and end up rebooting the Sky Q box to operate with the remote again.

it is a minor issue but it happens at times when I am recording a programme which Sucks really

BTW it's Not Batteries because they are new.

so any idea what the issue could be and a fix but importantly how Can I call them hopefully 

from a Sky Free mobile account

Hi @Shabtis 

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

My remote on both boxes aren't working properly today. I have no access to tv guide and cannot pause programmes 😞

Sky q remote Suddenly not working ..

 I'm currently unable to use the pause, play and fast forward function on the remote on both boxes. 

I've turned everything off and re synced the remotes and nothing.

 

also can't get any TV guide. 

has anyone else got this? It looks like it may be due to a software update ?
