If you have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Look for 'Need more help' where you will find the contact number
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave escalated to get you some help from Sky. Look out for a little blue chat bubble. It times out after 48 hours if you don't respond.

Still no logical or helpful comment from you superusers - otherwise known as Sky employees. Is this forum gif fun or does it actually help frustrated Sky customers who pay fortunes each month for a crap service ???????
and no bubble still !!!!!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bacchus1957 It clearly states we are not employees, we are customer like you, who try and help other customers. Just for you i'll repost the text showing above mine & other superuser posts, do you see what it says?
Also this link clearly explain all about superusers. https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Superusers/bd-p/meetthesuperusers
FYI your post won't be picked up by the escalation team as they are unable to do any deals or renegotiate any contracts.
You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

I didn't know they won't handle account negotiations, I was just trying to help you and I find your attitude extremely rude. I wonder if you would talk to people you meet in the street the same way.
