We have Sky Q and 3 mini boxes plus son's PS5 (5 tv's) connected to BT v2 main router.(EE new equipment was sent back as it wasn't compatible with Sky) Only 2 mini boxes and main box work at once.
ive lost count of the number of times wifi has been lost by Sky Q boxes even though signal is strong on iPhones/iPads.
Sky and EE engineers have been and got it working but very quickly it disappears again.
The Sky Eng told me that the 2 Sky boosters conflict with the 4 BT Wi-Fi boosters causing the problem.
He thought all Sky broadband equipment could be the solution but I'm not sure!
We live in a large L shape bungalow with solid walls hence the excess booster boxes.
WiFi is lost by Sky several times a day now.
im not sure if it's a Sky or BT fault at the moment and don't want to make a wrong move that I'll regret.
One of the mini boxes in a bedroom at the opp end of the bungalow is connected by Ethernet and connects to our bedroom by orange flashing lights but the wifi in our bedroom disappears EVERY day and requires a full re boot which is very annoying.
i also had the very noisy main Skybox a few days ago which required a re boot.
Any suggestions anyone ?
