I recently upgraded to Sky Max and have installed a new Sky Max Hub & Sky Max Pod. I have connected the Sky Q box and all the Sky Q mini boxes to the new SSID. However, the internet connection keeps dropping out which impacts internet services on the main Q box and all Sky Q minis become unusable. I have followed the troubleshooting steps on the Sky Help pages but nothing works. I spoke one of the Customer Support team who advised I hard reset the Sky Q box and Sky Hub. I did this and the system was stable for 48 hours. However, the issue reoccurred last night and the Sky Q box and Hub disconnected and the Sky Q Minis stopped working

Have the same problem after installing new sky max hub. Initially had loss of sky talk and Sonos which was resolved after 2 weeks of calls but now have to reconnect the Q box every day or other day as keeps loosing connection to the Wi-Fi . Wish I had never accepted the Max "upgrade"
