Sky Q & Sky Fibre Broadband - extremely slow On Demand content download speeds

Anyone have any ideas how to speed up extremely slow On Demand content download times? Its getting progressively worse, now the download isn't even fast enough to keep up with viewing in realtime.

I've got Sky Q with two additional Sky Q Mini boxes, all hardwired via Unifi switches uplinked back to a Unifi Dream Machine which is hardwired to the Sky hub. Wifi is disabled on all boxes. 

I've tried resetting Sky Q mini box in the lounge (our main viewing room) but makes no difference. Do I need to try a factory reset of all settings on the main Q box? 

Last time we had this issue was when I moved away from Sky to VM for fibre broadband, but I didn't expect the issue to reoccur whilst on Sky Fibre broadband.


All independent speed tests report a healthy internet connection. 

If anyone has had this issue and resolved it would be interested to hear how you managed it?
