Just to confirm you have Sky+ (where you've posted)?

Does this happen on all channels? If not, which?

Have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes?

Hi yes we have sky plus and happening on every channel. Turned off for 20 secs should I leave longer. Everything else working just not the tv. Can still watch recordings and Netflix etc

Keep getting Connection fail on demand on my network.This has been happening for weeks and why I am changing to Q.Fed up with Sky,s lack of support for + after being a customer for 21 years like so many others.Its the only solution without getting glass.
