We have Sky Q with the main box and 3 mini boxes. We can't watch Amazon Prime on the main box if some one else is watching Sky on one of the mini boxes. Any ideas pls?

All hardwired in to a Cat 6 network back to the main box and Sky broadband router as well.

We have a Sky dish for Sky Q. We also have Sky broadband (via a BT fibre to the house) connected to a sky router. All are connected to a CAT 6 internet switch to spread them both round the house.

OK, full Ethernet connection on all Q boxes including the main Q box should be fine.
However Sky Q does not play nicely with Managed Ethernet switches.
What Ethernet switch are you using?
