we've had SkyQ installed this afternoon and now it is saying No Signal?

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi @Gemma33   No signal normally means that you have your TV on the wrong input. Use your TV remote to change it to the correct HDMI input.
