Sky Q TV package.

I'm a Sky staff member & have just noticed I'm still on the Entertainment pack, can you tell me why I have not been upgraded to the Signature pack? When I try to upgrade it shows that I will be charged. Unable to speak to an advisor regarding this.

I don't think customers can help you here?

 

Sky doesn't normally move people from legacy packages unless they instigate a change.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks, I realise this but the help page keeps going round in circles, it just directs you to the community page. All I want to do is speak to an advisor (which is impossible to do) ridiculous, my problem could have been sorted hours ago if I could speak to a human.....lol
