Sky doesn't normally move people from legacy packages unless they instigate a change.

Thanks, I realise this but the help page keeps going round in circles, it just directs you to the community page. All I want to do is speak to an advisor (which is impossible to do) ridiculous, my problem could have been sorted hours ago if I could speak to a human.....lol
