Hi can someone please help, i use the sky sports app on my sky q box and the cricket scores are missing

Hi @Rob+Watkinson   They are not missing, they are simply not available on the Sky Q Sports App. Only football & rugby.

Do you know why they have been removed.?
They were there a few days ago and you could get results across many leagues and international matches.
I notice that other sports (eg Golf results) have "gone missing" previously but have never been given an explanation.
Also noted that Cricket Fixtures & Results on Sky Sports Mobile App also not giving option to review previous days results....what's going on???

You could try emailing Sky Viewer relations at:

ViewerR@sky.uk

They do respond to emails with any updates and pass onto the relevant Sky teams.

Just noticed the sky sports (phone) app, cricket scores section has had a re fresh. So could this be why they have been take off the sky sports (q TV App)

I emailed sky & got a update:

Hello Rob,

Thank you for taking some time to contact us about the Cricket scores on our Sky Q Sports App.

The Cricket data has been removed from the Sky Q sports app, due to a provider migration (the company providing our cricket data has changed).

Our developers are working on a new app update at the moment that will replace the old one and we hope to include Cricket scores again in the future. For the time being you can still find all the Cricket scores and news here https://www.skysports.com/cricket/fixtures-results

Good to know, but why can't Sky make this announcement public on their website. Keep banging on about the benefit of the app but with 75% of other sports missing it has limited value.
