@juneal are you getting any error messages

 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi

Do you have the full Sports subscription?

 

Which channel are you trying to record?

 

Whats happening when you try (any error message on screen)?

Sky q is very new & im not too familiar with it yet as my husband used the remote more than I but when the live MU match was on & we tried to view it the message said something like you must upgrade to HD Ultra & of course it wouldn't view either. Strangely I could watch it on my iPad.
