Sky Q Signal Issues

Hi, i have a communal aerial in my flats and yesterday we had a powercut for 4 hours. It was back on by 5pm and most of my sky was working, i tried all the checks as per sky with box and router but still this morning no BBC, ITV or Channel 4 channels are working, i am getting almost all others but no signal message on those i mentioned. Please if anyone has any help as to what i can do. No other neighbours i know have the same, but then i don't know all who have sky in their flat.

hi @Natnat76 

 

As you are getting some channels but not others & you have a communal system rather than your own dish, I think you will need to contact your Buidling Management or whoever is responsible for your communal system
