Sky Q Shutdown

My sky Q box works however after a period of time it doesn’t react to any remote input or manual button input on the sky Q box itself. The only way to reset is a hard reset from the mains plug socket. Is this a faulty box? 

I have done all the relevant updates and ensured the equipment is maintained, but we are still having issues. 

also my recordings don't file correctly is this also a related issue or is this just a software issue

Hi @Tom85 

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your Q box.

Recording stacking has been an ongoing issue recently.
