Sky Q Remote repeatedly needs resetting.
Happy New Year.
All of our Sky Q Remotes are disconnecting from the main box. I repeatedly have to press 7 & 9 followed by 1 & 3 only for it disconnect shortly afterwards. I've tried 3 remotes and replaced all with new Duracell batteries.
Is it likely to be a main box problem? I dread having to contact customer service for a new box as I used to be on the phone to them all the time (they never got our main box to communicate with the mini boxes, so we have had 20M and 10M etherent cables running across the floor for years!).
Your suggestions as ever, are most gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

hi @stuartross
I have not come accross this before.
Perhaps I may suggest you try a reset of your box :
press Home
Scroll to Settings - but do not press enter/select at this point
Press 0 0 1 in sequence followed by the Enter/ select button
you should now get the engineer's menu
Select Reset And Select the first Reset - Do Not select the 2nd & 3rd as those will loose any recordings you do have
Once you have reset your box you will need to re-pair your remote (again!)
You will also have to set up any favourites you may have set.
