Hi
i just moved my sky box I had to cut the connectors off to get them back out the wall, I put new connectors on but I get no signal. I have tried with no connectors on still no signal, it's no been bent at all. Any help please ?

You need to make sure that none of the fine strands of the outer sheathing are making contact with the Central core wire - if even one touches it can cause a short circuit & the box will stop providing power to the LNB on the dish
Also, you need to make sure that the outer sheathing copper does make contact with the outer barrel of the F connector - if not, then in this case the voltage won't be supplied to the LNB

thanks for the reply. I watched the video and started again. I had a better result in that I can see bbc 1&2 but nothing else

With SKY Q each cable carries the different polarised channels (i.e one vertically polarised & the other the horizontal ones).
I can;t explain why you might only get a few cannels but if one cable is still not right it would explain why you might be missing approx half
