Sky Q Netflix not loading

I keep having to restart my sky Q box when I want to watch Netflix. When I open it I get the spinning circle continually. After restarting it works for a day and then I have to do the same again the next day.

 

I've confirmed that my software is up to date, any ideas?

Hi @Steve225 

Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go the left hand Netflix menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get Help.

On the Next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.

Try that.

Thank you, I might not have been clear enough in my original post but I don't even get that far. It just shows the Netflix logo with the circle underneath when I go to open the app.

Thanks, I can give it a go when I next get into it but I assume it's the same as having to unplug before I can get in. It will refresh the app but I'll have the same issue again next time?

Hi @Steve225 

A reboot will not reload the App the same as the Reload option in the Netflix menu.
