Sky Q Minibox - programme unavailable

I have replaced a faulty 2TB box with a new one. Now 3 out of 4 of my miniboxes do not work (Programme Unavailable). The 3 that do not work are an older version than the one that works. I have updated the software on all the boxes including the main box, didn't help.

@GWGM what do you mean by a different version is that a different software version or what
