Sky Q Mini

Have had to change TV as one connected to Sky Mini needed to be repaired. Have connected mini box to another TV, which supported sky previously, but no picture, just a black screen when mini box is turned on. Any suggestions what can be done to fix this problem, as original TV box connected too will be away for a few days while being repaired. Thanks.

 

Tried resetting box, and also rebooting but still same issue. When resetting, didn't seen flashing red green light just flashing red light.

@Feather42 when you turn the mini on does the light on the front of the box eventually go green if it does when its green try pressing the following buttons on your remote the home button followed by 1080 then the home button again

@Laing1 Thanks for the reply. I don't know whether your suggestion would have worked as we got the TV back the same day.  However, if we have to swap Tv's again and it happens again, I will try your suggestion. Thanks again for responding
