Sky Q Mini pixel problems

We have started to have pixel problems with our Sky Q Mini box when watching live tv.

I have reset the internet router and also then reset both the main Sky Q box and the Sky Q Mini box and Network several times now, but random picture pixel problems still keep appearing.

Have tried looking at the Status settings, both Sky Q Box and Network have 'ticks' to say connected. 

Any suggestions about anything else I can try, or is it a case of booking an engineer visit?

Sky offer a Sky Q booster free of charge and it goes half way between the main box and the mini box,  it seems like the mini box keeps losing connection to the main box for a split second causing pixelation issues, you can obtain one if you call sky.
