Sky Q Mini issue

I have three sky q mini units in my home - 2 of the 3 work fine but the one in the kitchen every time we switch it on has text captioning turned on - with the ? Button on the remote we can temporarily turn it off but each time we turn it off and on it comes back by default - any ideas?
