My daughter was watching a Netflix show and paused it. Unpausing started the sound of the show but the screen remained as it was.
I used the remote to power off, left it a while, turned it back on and I could hear TV but still the same pause screen.
Unplugged it (power and HDMI) and left it for about 5 mins. Plugged it back in, waited for the red light to turn orange, hit the power button on the remote, again I could hear the sound of live TV but only see the Netflix pause screen. Any suggestions?
