Sky Q Mini - box constantly loses network connection

Hi, my Sky Q Mini box constantly loses network connection and when it does get a connection it operates very poorly with about  20 second delay trying to find a tv channel and won't show any recordings.

 

It's worked without problem for over a year now so I don't believe it's a connectivity issue.  I've rebooted all equipment several times (inc. broadband router) and have reactivated the Sky Q box multiple times using the main Sky Q box as well as the mini box.

 

I assume we're needing a replacement mini box, can someone at Sky provide some assistance please?

Probably but we're other customers here.   You'll need to call them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Didn't realise that, I thought I had seen Sky employees on the forum setting up direct messaging about certain issues.
