Hi
On my Sky Q Mini boxes, I am seeing an error message 'Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel'. My subscription does entitle me to view the channel and has done on these mini boxes for years.
It is specific to the BT Sport ( now TNT Sports channels ) so is clearly something releated to that change.
There seems to be alot of posts on this issue.

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

Hi OldFella
I've had both for so long I had no idea how I ordered it. It has been working in this house on all boxes for years until this week trying to watch the Champions League on TNT. It may be the first time I've watched TNT on the mini Q since the switch from BT.
So I've checked and I've ordered it through BT. TNT Sports is right there on my Products. I can see some options to add a second box but it seems they will send me a BT box, rather than enable access on my Sky Q mini. I'll go and try support over there, but this seems somewhat broken.

I have tnt throu sky and pay £10pm for multi room - just plugged in my sky q and it says I need to upgrade and pay a further £28 pm !! Surely that's not right !! I am furious I've called and the wait time is horrendous and they just cut me off after a long time

Nothing has changed with BT/TNT Sports other than the name.
If you subscribe through BT then you have always needed BT's Second box monthly charge to view on Sky minis.

I've never had a second box sub as I've never looked at by BT Sport sub for probably 5 years. I've spent many hours in this office with the Sky Q Mini watching Champions League on BT Sport. For years. It's where I watch football. So something other than the name has changed.
Not your issue, and I'm sure you're right. Thanks for the insight. No point calling Sky support on this.
